The Opportunity
A large corporate civil engineering contracts services provider are looking for 2 x additional HR Administrators to start 3rd January and estimated to be required until at least 1st March.
The Role
You’ll be working as part of a Team of central support HR Assistants, providing first line support to employees across the wider business via phone and email. Escalating issues where required to the Advisory team. In addition, you’ll be supporting the wider business in typical HR Assistant fashion. Contracts, compliance, new starter documentation, Employee data, payroll and benefits will all be under your wing for your designated area.
The Candidate
You’ll essentially be experienced in a similar role. IT literate not only with MS Office but with HR systems too, adept with compliance processes and first line company issues. Liaising with payroll bureaus ot any degree of payroll exposure is a must have. CIPD quals level 3+ are desirable but not essential.
