Monday to Friday 08.45 to 5pm

Are you HR Administrator or an exceptional Administrator, who is available immediately?

Do you have a valid enhanced DBS?

Our lovely client is looking for an Administrator to join them ASAP in their HR team on a temporary basis,

This role will see you provide administration support to the HR Team,

Duties will include.

• Support with the onboarding process by sending out contract of employment and offer letters.
• Ensure that right to work checks and vetting including DBS / references are correctly. completed and recorded.
• Manage the central Hr inbox
• General admin tasks

This role will make use of your fantastic administration skills. You will be confident using Microsoft packages and can pick up new systems quickly. You will also be an excellent communicator.
