Hourly rate: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour (negotiable)
Full time - 40 hours per week - 8.30am- 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry (entering travel details to retain record of business-related travel)
- Compliance checking
- Administrative support (emails, filing)
- Event management (arranging room booking, meeting invites, hospitality)
Key Requirements:
- Accurate attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organisation & communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Experience working in HR / Global Mobility
