Our client based in Woking are seeking a HR Administrator to join their team based in Woking. This is an extremely varied position and will require a candidate who is organised, forward thinking and willing to make a difference.
The HR Administrator will:
- Take responsibility of new starter and leaver administration
- Prepare contracts, relevant documentation and onboarding information
- Produce all paperwork required by the team
- Input data into the HR systems
- Maintain the data onto the inhouse systems
- Check monthly payroll
- Be responsible for the benefits and company, policies and facilities
- Maintain employee files
- Respond to all queries within the HR inbox
- Take responsibility for purchase order and invoice administration
- Support Managers as and when required
To be considered for the HR Administrator position you will:
- Have experience in a fast-paced HR administration or coordinator role previously
- Be able to manage a large number of tasks
- Have a degree and/or working towards CIPD
- Have previous experience working with candidate tracking systems
- Maintain the ability to communicate with staff of all levels
- Work towards tight deadlines well
- Be adaptable and able to deliver
- Have outstanding attention to detail
