HR Administrator
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join our client based in Egham for approximately one month.
The successful HR Administrator will be responsible for:
- Providing support to the HR Team
- Updating internal HR Systems with employee information i.e. monitoring and completion of probationary periods, end of funding, changes to contracts, end of contracts and processing absence information in a timely manner
- Assisting with onboarding administration, inputting information to new contracts and issuing to new employees
- Note taking in HR meetings
- Ensuring all pre employment checks have been completed
- Filing and scanning confidential information
The HR Administrator will have:
- Previous experience of working within an HR department
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar and written skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- The ability to work independently and under pressure
