This is a temporary role running until December 2024 with the opportunity to become permanent in January 2025. This is a great time to develop your HR skills within the department and support the HR business partner with admin duties.
What you'll be doing:
- Streamlining employee integration through the new training system enrolment process.
- Enhancing workforce insights by administering comprehensive employee surveys.
- Optimising HR induction procedures with a focus on collections.
- Overseeing the efficient operation and management of the training system.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in using HR systems and databases
