A client based in Sevenoaks Kent is recruiting for a HR Administrator, to work within a team. This is a permanent position that offers hybrid working.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator or someone looking to start their career in Human Resources, to work as part of an effective HR team and to assist in providing a comprehensive, professional service to managers and employees within the company
You will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of HR including recruitment from placing internal and external advertisements, liaising with recruitment agencies and arranging interviews, carrying out pre-employment checks, to liaising with internal and external candidates.
You will manage the new starter process from offer stage through to induction and set up, maintain and update new and existing employee details using Cascade (the HR system).
You will handle maternity, paternity and parental leave procedures and queries and administer other HR processes such as training, performance management, compensation and benefits, and leavers.
