HR Administrator
Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
Fully Office Based in Bexley
£28k Per Annum
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to provide HR administrative support to their Bexley Site operation. A percentage of this role will also provide support to the wider HR team.
Main duties include, but not limited to:
- To provide full HR administrative support to the HR Advisor and the Sittingbourne site management team
- Answer first line employee and line manager queries and be able to direct them to solutions
- Note taking at HR meetings
- Updating diary management and event booking as required
- Updating the company’s organisation charts
- HR compliance administration
- Liaise with other support functions to maintain GDPR controls on data sharing
Skills / Experience Required:
- Excellent communications skills
- Computer literate
- Very good attention to detail
- Previous experience as a HR Administrator or TA
Skills / Experience Favoured:
- Previous experience in a union based environment with employee relations experience
- CIPD or studying/ willing to study
