Our client in the care industry are currently recruiting for a HR admin to join their excellent & established HR team in Nottingham.
Supporting c.500 employees this is a generalist HR admin role with duties including:
- Supporting wider HR teams with recruitment administration from posting adverts to arranging interviews
- Assisting with on-boarding & inductions
- Being first point of contact in people team to help with any HR queries
- Editing and issuing employment documents
- Assisting with payroll
- Benefits and compensation administration support
- HR systems support - update, amend and issue reports
- General admin support to wider people team
This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday and offers hybrid working with 3 days on-site.
To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates who either have their CIPD Level 3 or are looking to work towards this with recent relevant experience in a HR support role. You will ideally have prior experience with a HR information system and be able to interpret HR KPI's and produce reports for the wider HR Team with good all round knowledge with MS office programmes. You will have experience in recruitment and on-boarding and ideally have some prior knowledge of payroll processes.
