As an HR Administrator, you'll play a vital role in our team, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and more. This position offers the opportunity to travel to various sites across the UK and work closely with management to ensure HR processes run smoothly.
There are clear career progression opportunities, and you'll shadow the current HR Manager. If you're working towards or wanting to complete your CIPD, they will financially cover this too!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and employee newsletters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and provide administrative support for HR-related tasks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to address employee development needs.
- Prepare and analyse HR reports to support decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends and employment legislation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to pursue further professional HR qualifications.
