Job Title: HR AdministratorHourly Rate: GBP11.50 - GBP12 per hourLocation: St AlbansContract: Part time, temporary - permanent Hours: 3 days per week, 9am - 5.15pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for our well-established client who are known for providing an award-winning service. They are looking for a proactive Administrator to join their HR team to provide administrative support to the organisation.

SKILLS REQUIRED-Good communication skills both written and verbal.-Ability to work on your own initiative. -Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills-Strong administrative experience -IT literate-Willingness to gain HR knowledge.-Proactive

RESPONSIBILITIES-Maintaining records and managing documents-Manage the administration aspects of the recruitment, shortlisting and interview processes-Liaising with agencies and applicants-Update internal databases-Support the daily operations of HR team-Administering the new starter process
