Are you an experienced in HR? Do you have what it takes to work with a reputable growing law firm? Bell Cornwall Recruitment are searching for a hardworking HR Administrator with excellent interpersonal skills to join the family-feel firm.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing administration and recruitment documents such as adverts, employment checks and Health and Safety risk assessments
- Assisting with the on-boarding process for new staff
- Managing the payroll system in accordance with the monthly deadline
- General HR duties including completing appraisals, training, packages for new starters and leavers
- Working closely with the managers in being the first point of contact for all related enquiries, orchestrating review meetings and executing new projects
The ideal candidate:
- Expert knowledge and experience in HR
- Familiar with the recruitment and resourcing process
- A resilient attitude for getting involved and accomplishing the work
- A willingness to learn and progress
