We are recruiting for a part time HR Administrator for our client in Stratford-upon-Avon (3 days per week)
You will be responsible for:
- Inductions: Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Uniforms: Manage uniform distribution and maintain accurate records.
- Job Descriptions: Collaborate with department heads to create and update comprehensive job descriptions.
- General HR Support: Assist with day-to-day HR tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and employee inquiries.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Ideally you will have/be:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an HR administrative role.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in HR or related field.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
