Job description

A successful business within the medical sector is searching for a dynamic and capable HR Administrator to join the team based in Cambridge. This is an office-based role so you will be required to be on-site 5 days per week. Please note, this role is an initial 3-month fixed term contract with a possibility of becoming a permanent vacancy. 

As the dedicated HR Administrator, working within a wider team, you will act as a point of contact for HR enquires, coordinate the administration elements of the recruitment process, organise induction processes, as well as support onboarding, training, and interview procedures. 

In order to be suitable for this role you will be a confident HR graduate with a passion for kick-starting a career in this field. Excellent communication skills and relationship building will be a prerequisite for this hands-on role, and you will be an enthusiastic and personable individual in order to be a key player within a HR team. Holding a CIPD qualification will be advantageous but is by no means necessary.
