What You'll Be Doing:
Working in this shared services model as an HR Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role as the initial point of contact for HR, Recruitment, and Training queries. Your role will be busy and varied and will include:
- Handling general HR queries promptly and consistently.
- Updating job details, pay, terms, and personal information in the HR system.
- Ensuring accurate data for payroll updates.
- Providing support for colleague absences.
- Organising training sessions, venues, and updating training records.
- Administrative support for the performance management process.
- Processing data and reports.
- Additional areas as a Subject Matter expert aligned with your skillset and experience.
You don t have to have worked across every facet of an HR Administrator role before, there is room to learn, grow and develop if you have the right approach and attitude but, as a minimum you will need to showcase:
- Previous experience in an HR Administrator role.
- Proficiency in HR systems and strong MS Office skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative and a proactive approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, organise, and pay attention to detail.
- A flair for working effectively with people at all levels and building strong relationships.
