We have a rare opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading global suppliers of automated parts as a HR Advisor on a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract. Working on a hybrid basis for this Sunday Times Fast Track 100 Company you’ll bring a fresh approach to the overall people journey to add value to the Global People Strategy whilst getting involved in wider HR functions.
Salary – Up to £30,000 (DOE)
Location – Stafford - 2 days at home 3 days in office
Role Type – 12 Month FTC / Full Time / 8-4:30 Mon-Thu, 8-3 Friday

The Role
As a People Advisor, you will provide expert ER guidance, manage cases, and support recruitment, while contributing to People Metrics and HR data analysis to identify trends and areas for action. You'll play a key role in internal communications, reward schemes, and the delivery of training.
This position is critical for driving success through company values and may include travel to the Birmingham office periodically.
What we are looking for
2-3 Years experience as a HR Advisor
Experience of advising managers at all levels on complex employee relations issues
Experience of successfully supporting change management projects
Competent understanding of all areas of employment legislation in particular with reference to Employee Relations.
CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent qualification/experience
