A leading logistics business is seeking a HR Advisor to provide a truly generalist service to a diverse internal customer base of c200 colleagues (all based on site).
Working as part of an established HR team, you will take ownership of site-based HR issues, acting as a first point of contact for staff in order to proactively deal with any and all HR issues. With this being a fast paced distribution environment you will be able to react accordingly, changing your communication style depending on the audience, whilst being able to support/guide/handhold managers through certain HR processes.
To be considered for this role you will be:

• An experienced and capable HR generalist
• Experienced in and comfortable dealing with a range of ER issues including but not limited to disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and long-term sick
• Experienced in having worked within a blue collar environment
• Happy to be based on site 5 days a week (this is non-negotiable)
