Hr Advisor

HR Advisor urgently required, paying up to £40 000.

You’ll be responsible for providing a professional, efficient and cost-effective HR service for staff and associated companies.

Based in their Central London City office in a small but busy team, reporting to the HR Director.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Support the HR Team with any day to day queries.
• Providing accurate and appropriate advice on HR policies.
• Disciplinary/grievance issues, sickness absence, parental rights etc.
• Analyse employee statistics such as absence.
• Ensure HR data is kept up to date at all times.
• Collate and submit wider HR statistics.
• Lead or support disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings.
• Attend meetings internal and external.
• Assist with the recruitment process from end to end.
• Understanding of auto-enrolment procedures.
• Complete Pension administration.
• Champion mental health initiatives.
