HR Advisor urgently required, paying up to £40 000.
You’ll be responsible for providing a professional, efficient and cost-effective HR service for staff and associated companies.
Based in their Central London City office in a small but busy team, reporting to the HR Director.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Support the HR Team with any day to day queries.
- Providing accurate and appropriate advice on HR policies.
- Disciplinary/grievance issues, sickness absence, parental rights etc.
- Analyse employee statistics such as absence.
- Ensure HR data is kept up to date at all times.
- Collate and submit wider HR statistics.
- Lead or support disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings.
- Attend meetings internal and external.
- Assist with the recruitment process from end to end.
- Understanding of auto-enrolment procedures.
- Complete Pension administration.
- Champion mental health initiatives.
