We are recruiting a HR Advisor for a consultancy based in Holborn. This is a temporary role for 2 months and will be hybrid (3 days in the office).
Duties of the HR Advisor:
- Manage HR requests with diligence, prioritising and responding to stakeholder communications
- Organise and maintain comprehensive records in the HR database
- Conduct exit interviews, under the guidance of HRBP's and Advisors to gather feedback and suggest potential areas for organisational improvement
- Provide support in managing non-complex ER cases
- Document ER issues, ensuring that all case files are up to date
- Support in facilitating ER meetings, disciplinary hearings, and grievance procedures etc, ensuring all processes are carried out fairly and within legal frameworks
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
The hours of work at 9.00 - 17.30 Monday to Friday
You must be able to commit to the 2 month temp assignment.
