SalaryAs HR Advisor you will be working 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday with a salary of £40-42,500 per annum offer for the successful candidate!
As HR Advisor you will be a key member of the HR team, reporting into the HR Manager serving as a business partner to a specific division of the company covering sites across England and Wales. Working with various levels of management and colleagues your role will involve:
- Supporting managers with all aspects of Employee Relations, giving appropriate HR advice regarding disciplinaries, grievance and capability both in meetings as well as formal appeal hearings
- Providing effective advice and guidance of all absence management cases to managers helping them to meet KPIs and reduce absence levels, ensuring a consistent message in relation to policies, and liasing with occupational health providers as required
- Managing headcount requirements in partnership with relevant managers, including actual vs planned and identify vacancies
- Support the resourcing team in the recruitment of colleagues, and ensure the onboarding of new colleagues is effective
- Contribute to the site retention plan and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
- Produce and manage KPI information and report at relevant meetings.
We are keen to hear from experienced HR Professionals with the following skills and experience:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified, ideally Level 7
- Experienced in working in a manufacturing or fast paced organisation in an HR role
- Up to date knowledge of employment law
- Any food industry would be advantageous
- ILM Level 3/5 would be useful but not a prerequisite
- Valid Driving License with willingness to travel across the various site when required
