Your new company
An exciting Interim HR Advisor job-9-12 Months, within an established, multi-site, commercial organisation, who need support to cover a secondment. Pretty much remote based, once a month you will need to travel to one of the offices in London, Birmingham or Liverpool, home based the rest of the time.
Your new role
As an HR Advisor, you will report to the Senior HR BP and will be responsible for all generalist, HR hands-on operational duties, but will also support with several HR projects:
Main responsibilities:
Manage ER cases from end-end.
Coach, guide and support managers with HR best practice.
Support with the roll-out of the exit process.
Collate and analyse data to support the retention strategy.
Support with the succession planning framework.
Support with the annual pay review.
Assist with the employee survey outcomes.
Lead in monitoring attrition.
Support with the TUPE process.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Advisor.
You must have experience managing ER cases from end-end.
You must be able to start at the end of March.
You must have a full clean driving licence and car.
