Description
- Support the HR team in coordinating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's business goals.
- Coordinate with team leaders to understand their HR requirements and ensure they are met.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing and hiring.
- Work closely with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Profile
A successful 'HR Advisor' should have:
- A degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
- Sound knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Offer
- £33,000 - £37,000
- Flexible working hours (36.5 hours a week, 8-4 Tue - Fri, 7:45am - 4pm Monday).
