We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to support our Human Resources department in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. Work for a well established world renowned business. The position is based in Rotherham and requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.

Description

• Support the HR team in coordinating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's business goals.
• Coordinate with team leaders to understand their HR requirements and ensure they are met.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing and hiring.
• Work closely with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Profile

A successful 'HR Advisor' should have:

• A degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
• Sound knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Offer

• £33,000 - £37,000
• Flexible working hours (36.5 hours a week, 8-4 Tue - Fri, 7:45am - 4pm Monday).
