We are actively recruiting for an immediate start interim HR Advisor to join a Multi-Schools Trust for a period of maternity cover for a period of 12 months. With a base in South East London, this role offers hybrid working, requiring a minimum of 3 days onsite, with some travel to other local sites required.
Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide professional advice, guidance and support to managers and other staff, covering a full range of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and selection, first line HR/Employee Relations casework e.g. grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence etc. across designated responsibility areas. Part of your remit will be to manage the HR/ER case list actively, recording progress against each case being managed within the HR team. You will also actively coach managers to proactively ensure the consistent application of policies and procedures based upon up-to-date employment legislation and best practice HR principles. As well as providing day to day HR advice, you will also assist the HR Business Partners in relation to specific organisational change initiatives such as restructures, TUPE transfers, Outsourcing arrangements etc
