Job Title: HR Advisor / Administrator
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: 30,000 per annum circa, depending on experience
Job Type: Full time, Permanent (Office-based role)
Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 8.30 - 4.30pm, Fri 8.30 - 4.00pm (Flex Fri pm scheme, with opportunity to leave at 1pm)

About the role:
You will play an important part in supporting our teams and helping drive our people to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will have the opportunity to proactively look into ideas and initiatives to improve HR processes and working environment.
You will need to be friendly and professional in your approach as well as enjoy communicating with people as you assist our HR Business Partner in supporting the Senior Leadership Team in all aspects of people management.
Duties to include:
Provide general HR advice & support to both management & staffCompiling & maintaining paper, digital & electronic employee data using HRIS (Breathe)Assist in the management of recruitment, & onboarding all new employeesAssist managers in performance management processesMonitor and review staff learning & development programmesArrange training both internal & externalLiaising with apprentices & providersAttend and facilitate HR meetings and coordinate management employee communicationAssist with HR initiatives such as employee surveys & forumsSupport HR related training programmesAssist in payroll preparation and processingWhat you will need to succeed:
You will be pro-active and motivated and possess a professional manner that allows you to communicate efficiently with people at all levelsThe ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and will be able to hit the ground running in this busy and varied roleCIPD qualified to level 5 or working towards is desirable or proven experience and a willingness to gain accreditationThe ability to build strong relationships at all levels and be adaptable to different ways of workingExcellent communications skillsThe ability to prioritise and work to deadlinesGood analytical, presentation, and IT skillsPositive can-do attitude and able to work accurately at paceStrong administrative skillsFamiliarity with HRIS would be desirable, but not essentialBenefits:
