Hr Advisor Ftc 6 Months

SF are working with a brilliant organisation based in Coventry who are currently on the look out for a skilled HR Advisor to come and support on a 6-month FTC.
This role offer fantastic amounts of variety and exposure and is going to be a brilliant role to gain exposure. This role will be reporting directly to the HR Manager and will ideally be responsible for the ER side as well as various operational tasks and exciting project work for the business.
This person will ideally be a strong and effective communicator who has had previous experience in a generalist advisory role and who is keen to come and support with fast-pace project work. Someone who is committed to a culture of continuous improvement and will be happy to support stakeholders and line managers with various HR tasks.
There will be a chance for this person to take the lead on upcoming project work and deliver key training and development to staff.
Working hours 8:30-4:40 with an early finish on a Friday
Based in Coventry 5 days per week
