SalaryThe Foxtons People Team, a department comprising of HR, Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development, recognise, support, and develop our staff to provide meaningful careers and drive performance.
As a HR Advisor, your role will primarily involve administration, assisting the HR Manager with dealing with Employee Relations cases, & educating, motivating & empowering managers internally.
You will work closely with all three People teams and you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks. These include:
- Assist senior manager on dealing with ER cases
- Educate, motivate and empower managers to deal with their employees
- Process absentees
- Processing of family leave
- Assisting with payroll preparation
- Update and maintain employee records
- Candidate data entry & preparing new starter documents
- Maintaining the HR filing system
- Managing both internal and external reference requests
WE OFFER:
- Salary of £30,000- £40,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working model - 2 days working from home once settled into role, option of one extra day working from a Front Office once settled into role.
