Our client, a global advisory company that assists companies on regulatory, risk and compliance issues is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant. The role is to look after 2 partners and their Business Intelligence team on a 12 month maternity contract and is office-based. For the right person there might be the opportunity of a permanent role within the organisation, though this isn’t guaranteed.
Responsibilities include extensive inbox and diary management and organising domestic and international travel. You will work with the Marketing Director to organise client events, including venue research, maintain client contacts on Salesforce and send out monthly newsletters. You will enter and submit monthly expenses on Concur and Elite 3E and weekly timesheets using Deltek Vision and Elite 3E. You will work with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office, including making sure the office is compliant with health and safety requirements.
In order to be considered for the role, they are looking for someone with five years’ experience, ideally in professional services – law, consulting or financial services firm. You will possess excellent organisational, interpersonal, oral and written skills. You will be able to multi-task, work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines. They need someone who is sophisticated, business savvy, is able to build relationships at all levels and can use appropriate initiative, when required. You will have advanced Microsoft Office skills and be able to learn new systems quickly. Knowledge of Concur, Elite 3E and Salesforce systems is desirable.
