MBP Door Solutions are looking for an exceptional individual to provide comprehensive advisory support to the day-to-day operations of human resources, ensuring the efficient delivery of written correspondence, recruitment processes, absence management, maintaining accurate employee data records and assisting in first line ER issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
- Preparing contracts, issuing letters to reflect any contractual changes, process starters and leavers
- Support and advise line managers in ER cases, such as Conduct, Capability, Absence Management, and grievances.
- Support, guide and advise managers in formal meetings.
- Complete Right to work checks in line with legislations
- Facilitate group Occupational Health Screenings
- Talent Acquisitions- Full recruitment cycle, identifying gaps, generating role profiles, advertising, shortlisting and interviewing for the group.
- Facilitating, and negotiating Agency Supplier List
- Maintain the electronic and manual filing systems
- Carry out annual audits, i.e., driving licence checks, personal details updates
- Maintain company organisational charts
- Administering the annual appraisal process
- Complete AWR documentation
- Monitor the Apprenticeship levy and support apprenticeship programmes
- Participate in HR projects when required
- Ad-hoc duties when required
.and any other duties required to support the achievement of the Company s objectives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment or training is essential
- Confident in meetings and able to offer a considered opinion
- Display a proven track record of multi-tasking
- Must possess strong administration and organisational skills
- L3 CIPD would be preferred but not essential.

- Must respect the importance of confidentiality and have an understanding of GDPR, as you will be dealing with sensitive information
- Be able to stay calm in difficult situations
ADDITIONAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be familiar with MS packages.
- Must have an interest in Employment Law Legislation
- A background in manufacturing would be advantageous
