JOB: HR Advisor
LOCATION: Bordon, Hampshire (GU35)
STATUS: Part Time, Fixed Term Contract (15 hours per week)
SALARY: up to 40k (pro rata)
My client is seeking a Part TimeHR Advisor for a 12 month period. This is to provide an on-site presence while the HR Business Partner is seconded onto other projects, however you will be part of a wider HR team and there will be support both remotely and on site.
Hours can be either two full days per week or four half days.
It is essential that you have CIPD Level 5 (or Level 7).
You will be providing a fully comprehensive, high level HR advisory service within the business - suppporting the HR Business Partner (Learning and Development) in providing a broad service level provision with particular focus on performance management; disciplinary; grievance; absence case management; recruitment.
Experience of a manufacturing environment would be desirable, but not essential.
You will have experience of delivering a broad HR service provision including coaching.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and comunication abilities (written and verbal).
You will have a good knowledge of Employment Law.
You will be effective when handling disciplinary/grievance matters.
