We are working with a global multi award winning organisation based in Herefordshire for an experience HR professional to join their international team on a part time fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will be given management support in the form of on-the-job training by an experienced team member, providing insightful knowledge and understanding of this exciting role.

What you will be doing:
- Provide front line support/guidance to managers and team members within the local offices
- Assist with the end to end recruitment processes, developing job descriptions, interviewing, onboarding, Employee Relations, alongside supporting managers and team members with general HR queries
- Support team member development by assisting managers with effective onboarding plans, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed, inductions take place and probationary periods are reviewed.
- Collaboration with senior teams and managers across the business, providing support to managers with Employee Relations creating a positive climate, with high levels of employee involvement, commitment and engagement.
- Conducting all due diligence checks and audits on team members and contractors.
- Maintenance of HR records in relation to employee and contractor records, including tracking and reviewing absences and holiday management.
What we are looking for:
- The ideal candidate will have a Recognised Human Resources qualification or University degree in related field
- Employee Relations (ER) knowledge - desirable
- Leadership and Management Qualification desirable
- Experience working in a busy administrative function
- Ability to work on your own initiative working within a team
- Ability to meet deadlines, with excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
