Who are we looking for?

Responsibilities:
- Oversea and carry out onboarding and offboarding tasks and processes, from new hire orientation, the probationary period, the offboarding process and reviewing online exit interviews and carrying out data analysis of these reports.
- A key contact within the agency providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment law to ensure compliance and fairness.
- Manage ER cases such as; sickness absence, performance improvement plans etc.
- Take minutes in formal meetings (disciplinaries, grievances, performance management)
- Support the team with the performance management system and processes, including; new hire conversations, goal setting, career conversations, appraisals and the engagement survey.
- Coach and develop line managers consistently in all aspects of people management, providing guidance and tools where appropriate.
- Partner with key stakeholders within the network and the agency to; oversea L&D employee nominations, UK Apprenticeship programme, delivering line manager training, and assisting the HRBP to implement the L&D programme.
- Be the first point in contact for immigration and visa queries and manage the migrant activity within the agency to ensure compliance.
- Responsible for the monthly payroll.
- Process and oversea data entry on the HRIS.
- Support on HR projects and the roll out of these project within the agency.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Solid understanding of UK employment law
- Experience of running payroll tasks
- Effective advisory and coaching skills
- A strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written skills to collaborate with others
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and handle different employee and agency requests.
