- Assist in-house personal and career development project, specifically focusing on the Competency Framework.
- Compile and maintain skills libraries across the organisation.
- Communicate potentially complex information effectively for all colleagues.
- Utilse analytical skills to interpret existing information sets and select relevant data for the project.
- Ensure timely gathering of required information.
- Act as a creative soundboard to contribute to the development of the Competency Framework.
Profile
A successful HR Analyst should have:
- A background in Human Resources or related field.
- Able to work 1 day per week from the Birmingham office
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Ability to interpret information from various sources.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills.
