Description

• Assist in-house personal and career development project, specifically focusing on the Competency Framework.
• Compile and maintain skills libraries across the organisation.
• Communicate potentially complex information effectively for all colleagues.
• Utilse analytical skills to interpret existing information sets and select relevant data for the project.
• Ensure timely gathering of required information.
• Act as a creative soundboard to contribute to the development of the Competency Framework.

Profile

A successful HR Analyst should have:

• A background in Human Resources or related field.
• Able to work 1 day per week from the Birmingham office
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Ability to interpret information from various sources.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills.
