Salary Our client, a leading distributor and wholesaler of pharmaceutical, health and beauty products are on the lookout for a number of HR and Recruitment Administrators to join them on a fixed term contract until the end of May.
This is a great opportunity to support them through a period of transformation, including implementing a new HR system and a shared service function.
Location: Chessington, Surrey -2/3 days in the office per week
Salary: £22k - £26k
Contract: Fixed term contract until the end of May
We are seeking HR and Recruitment Administrators to join our clients shared service team. This role will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR and Recruitment support to team members across multiple departments within the organisation.
Our ideal applicant will have/be;
* Strong administration skills
* Experience in a shared service environment is highly desirable.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive employee information.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, multitask and effectively manage time while maintaining a high level of customer service to team members across all levels of the company.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate complex information to employees at all levels of the organisation.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
