Salary: £35k + £10k bonus and benefits

What will you be doing?

As a HR Specialist at Saepio, you will collaborate with out talented leaders and play a crucial role in helping us continue to grow and excel in the dynamic field of information security. You will be responsible for developing and executing our talent acquisition and management strategy to ensure that we attract, retain, and develop top talent to support our growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a company at the forefront of the industry and be a key contributor to our ongoing success.

HR and Recruitment Specialist:

- Coordinate the recruitment process, including:

- Writing job descriptions

- Sourcing candidates (job boards, LinkedIn, network)

- Screening CV’s

- Organising and conducting interviews

- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into becoming a “Saepion”

Employee Development:

- Implement programs for talent development and succession planning

- Ensure that our team members have the opportunities and resources needed to excel in their roles

Performance Management:

- Support performance appraisal and goals setting processes

- Collate and provide constructive feedback

Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an organised and personable individual with:

- 3 years + in HR and / or talent acquisition

- CIPD (or similar) qualifications

- Experience working with an ATS in a HRIS

- Experience of talent attraction and Recruitment methodologies

- Full life-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment

- A strong understanding of current HR trends and best practices.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
