Right Now Group have partnered up with a large Freight Forwarder that are looking for a HR and Training Administrator to join their experienced team.

Job Responsibilities of a HR and Training Administrator:
- Support with day-today HR processes (promotions, transfers, leavers, admin)
- Preparation of employee welcome packs
- Conduct 5-year employment reference checks and apply for criminal reference checks for new employees in line with aviation security standards
- Drafting rental/visa/employment references as required
- Send out 3&6 month review reminders, birthday reminders to managers on a monthly basis
- Prepare completion of probation letters and gifts
- Arrange flowers/ gifts in the event of birthdays, bereavement or new additions
- Preparation of new starter files
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Resolve resource link queries
- Prepare accurate organigrams
- Schedule meeting invites and record meeting times
- Set up Bpeople profiles
- Add sesame recruitment requests
- Coordinate training programs and workshops including training contracts, scheduling, material preparation and venue coordination
- Process and track invoice payments for training workshops

Hours of work: 08:30- 17:00/ 09:00- 17:00
Salary: £27,000
