Description

• Provide administrative support to the HR department
• Handle HR-related documentation and records
• Act as a liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and issues
• Cover on reception
• Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate database
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company procedures

Profile

A successful HR Assistant should have:

• A degree in human resources or related field
• Working in office
• Knowledge of HR functions
• Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
