HR Administrator
Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for HR and administration? Join our team as an HR Administrator, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, mental health initiatives, and general administration. This role will also include reception duties and will be based in our welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient day–to–day administrative support, including data entry and drafting correspondence.
- Act as the initial point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Administer and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) while ensuring data integrity.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Oversee the departure process for leavers, including IT ticket management and property retrieval.
- Manage training coordination, including booking courses and recording completed training.
- Contribute to the company's mental health awareness initiatives.
- Facilitate effective internal communications through various channels.
- Administer the Continuous Improvement program, the 'IDEAS Scheme.'
- Organise staff social events, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist with travel bookings for employees on business trips.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, including catering and logistics.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar HR role.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications and technology.
- Process–oriented with meticulous diligence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to establish trust and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with HRIS and data integrity practices.
- Willingness to work towards CIPD qualification (preferred).
- Mental Health First Aider qualification (preferred).
- Flexibility to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritise tasks effectively.
