Salary- Position: HR Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a local company in the Worthing area, joining the HR team. You'll be supporting management with Payroll, HR and Facilities support.
As a HR Assistant you'll be responsible for:
- Preparing monthly payroll and handling any queries
- Assisting with disciplinaries, grievance and any other HR matters
- General administrative duties
- Ensuring confidential documents are kept safe and secured
- Manage stationery and expenses for the office
You'll have great communication skills both written and verbally, a strong background within administration, with very good Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
The position is 30 hours a week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm with flexible working arrangements. The hourly rate is £13.63 which works out as £21,262.80 annually.
