Position: Human Resources Assistant
Location: 32 Galena Road, London, W6 0LT
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Support the HR department in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and coordination of staff training and development programs.
- Help maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Assist in the coordination of staff engagement and well-being initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for a wide range of HR functions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Familiarity with HR software and strong computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
- A high level of confidentiality and commitment to the ethical handling of sensitive information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
