You will be required to work 37 hours per week for the full year. Your working time would be from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am and 5pm, with a degree of flexibility required.
You will be required to provide a professional HR service to the College through effective administrative processes and will carry out the following duties:
Administration of a variety of HR processes, with a particular focus on recruitment and selection.
Maintaining HR records accurately.
We are looking for a candidate who/is:
Has administrative experience working in an extremely busy environment with tight deadlines.
Thorough and accurate with an excellent attention to detail.
Has exemplary customer service skills.
Has the ability to remain calm while coping effectively with many priorities at the same time.
Able to organise events, undertake tasks and contribute to projects through to completion within agreed timescales.
Has the ability to be confidential and experience of undertaking work of a discreet nature.
