THE COMPANY: Our client is a leading insurance firm who are seeking a HR Administrator to join on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE:
- Recruitment processes such as liaising with agencies and arranging interviews
- Manage new starter processes from offer stage to induction
- Handle maternity, paternity nd parental leave procedures
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and managers
- A minimum of a year's experience within a office support / admin role, ideally within financial or professonal services
- Organised, enthusiastic and proactive
- Experience in Insurance would be desireable
- CIPD qualification is advantageous
