The Role
Are you interested in developing a career in HR, have strong administration experience, and enjoy working at pace? We are looking for a HR Assistant to work closely with the Senior HR Advisors providing customer focused HR operational support to the divisional management team. This is a true development role, enabling you to start building your practical skills and professional knowledge, analysing workforce data, advising and supporting managers with absence management discussions; dealing with queries and providing advice on policy and procedures. As you develop, there will be opportunities to get involved in a range of people activity.
Supporting the Learning Disability/Autism and Low Secure/CAMHs divisions, every day is different and challenging, and this is somewhere you can truly make a difference.
Confident working with data and analysing data, you need to be really organised and able to build great working relationships with colleagues at all levels. If you have worked in Healthcare or have some HR work experience, this is a bonus but is not essential.
