A fantastic part time HR Assistant role based in Basildon is now available with ASAP start date for the right candidate.
- Part-Time: 15 hours per week.
- Temporary assignment 8-10 weeks.
- Flexibility: Choose between daily 3-hour shifts or two full 7.5-hour days.
- Working Hours: Flexible hours between 9 am and 5 pm.
- Pay: £12.50 per hour
- Onsite Role: This position requires your physical presence and cannot be performed remotely.
Key Duties:
- Employee Life Cycle: Provide stellar support for new joiners and leavers, managing both digital and paper processes.
- Documentation Expert: Conduct right-to-work checks, referencing, and meticulous file organizing (both digital and paper).
- Sage HR Experience: While not mandatory, familiarity with Sage HR is preferable.
- Record Management: Cross-check and rectify missing records, ensuring data accuracy.
- Filing Mastery: Tackle backlog of filing, both in the digital and paper realms.
- Miscellaneous Projects: Contribute to ad-hoc projects, showcasing your versatility.
Experience/Qualifications required:
- Holds a Level 3 CIPD qualification. (Desirable)
- Must have practical HR working experience.
- Payroll Knowledge: Some payroll experience would be beneficial but not essential.
