Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing employment processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee exits.
• Handle personnel data management with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.
• Conduct pre-employment checks and reference verifications.
• Provide administrative and transactional support for various HR functions.
• Assist in the interpretation and application of Dutch employment law.
• Collaborate with HR team members on projects and initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR role (preferred).
• Knowledge of Dutch employment law is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
