HR Assistant (Dutch Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing employment processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee exits.
- Handle personnel data management with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.
- Conduct pre-employment checks and reference verifications.
- Provide administrative and transactional support for various HR functions.
- Assist in the interpretation and application of Dutch employment law.
- Collaborate with HR team members on projects and initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role (preferred).
- Knowledge of Dutch employment law is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
