HR Assistant - Enhanced DBS is essential

• Location: Harlow (CM17/CM20)
• Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours
• Start date: ASAP - Long term contract with potential for perm
• Pay rate: £20 per hour PAYE

Overview:

Love Success is currently recruiting for a HR Assistant with a DBS on the update service to work across three primary schools in the Harlow (CM17/CM20) on a full time temp basis. You will be working in a lovely team who are supportive and experienced. This is an ongoing temporary role to start 6th June.

A enhanced DBS is essential. You must have full UK driving license as you will be required to drive between different primary schools.

Duties can include:

• Support the HR and Business Manager with general HR duties
• Interview administration
• Work with Head of HR/ Personal Assistant to administer DBS records for all staff and volunteers, reminding staff that checks are due, carrying out Update Service checks as appropriate and checking and verifying supporting documents and maintaining the Single Central Record.
• Providing support to Senior Leadership Team relating to HR tasks
• Create letters and documents for staff and parents relating to HR matters

The ideal applicant will have:

• Experience working within HR in a school
• Great attention to detail
• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
• Full UK driving license
• Must be willing to drive to various locations
• Must have an Enhanced DBS
