SALARY: £28,345 - £30,785 per annum + Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: Hybrid role working at least one day a week from the office in Harrow and part from home

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an HR Assistant / Human Resources Administratorwith excellent organisation, time management and communication skills and competence in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
As the HR Assistant / Human Resources Administrator you will support the HR Team in the day to day operations, with opportunities to be involved with and assist in the recruitment process as well as supporting casework.
Working as the HR Assistant / Human Resources Administrator you will ensure documents for new hires and resignations are actioned as well as proactively dealing with HR queries. You will be a primary contact for schools.
DUTIES
Your role as HR Assistant / Human Resources Administrator will include:
- Support HR administration across the organisation
- Maintain employee personal files in an orderly, secure and confidential manner, ensuring files are kept up to date and in line with data protection requirements
- Under the direction of the HR Advisor ensure that all data held on the School’s Single Central Register is accurate and up to date
- Be the first point of contact for staff queries about routine HR, payroll and general employment matters, referring more complex issues to the HR Advisor, as appropriate
- To assist the HR team with general administrative tasks as and when required
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Experienced in prioritising varied and conflicting work demands and able to work under pressure
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Very competent in the use of ICT and in particular Excel and Word
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
