A successful North London Secondary School are looking for a Recruitment and HR Administrator to join their team on an initial 3-month contract basis. This is a full-time role working 36 hours per week, term time only. The successful candidate should be available ASAP, please note that you will be required on site 5 days per week, there is parking available.
This role will work alongside the School Business Manager and be responsible for all aspects of the schools HR function. You will be the main point of contact for all employee lifecycle requirements, including Recruitment and onboarding, safeguarding checks, payroll, providing HR support and guidance, and assisting with employee relations (disciplinary, grievance absence/sickness management etc). You will be required to maintain the HR database and provide administrative support.
In order to be suitable for this role, you must be a people-focused HR professional with excellent communication skills and demonstrable expertise providing a proactive support service to the business. You will have a proven track record of providing an outstanding HR support service, coordinating the full Recruitment and onboarding process, paired with strong organisational and admin skills. Prior experience working within education would be highly advantageous but is not a necessity.
This role is paying up to £20 per hour, based in Enfield for a 3-month period and will require an enhanced DBS check.
