We are the UK’s leading supplier of quality timber doors and a successful family run business. Due to additional work load as a result of a recruitment drive across the business, we are now seeking a part-time HR & Recruitment Administrator to start ASAP. You will ideally be working 4 hours a day Mon-Fri in the morning. We can offer an hourly pay rate up to £13.50 per hour, plus paid holiday accrual, free parking and working as part of a friendly and professional team. This will be an ongoing temp assignment with the possibility of the role becoming permanent if desired. You will support the HR department predominantly assisting with the day-to-day functions of the recruitment process across a range of roles within the business including office and industrial vacancies.
The role would suit candidates with some HR or recruitment administration experience in order to understand the recruitment process and associated tasks. We are seeking someone with outstanding communication and organisational silks who has the ability to multitask and who can work with speed and accuracy.
Your main duties will be:-
Reviewing applications on online jobs boards and distributing accordingly to hiring managers.
Screening applicants across a range of vacancies using a variety of job board portals.
Adding applicants onto the system and making any amendments where required.
Arranging interviews either over the phone or by email.
Collating interview details and sending them out to applicants in a timely manner.
Updating the systems accordingly and keeping all parties up to date where needed.
Filing of all documents correctly eg right to work, application forms.
Processing reference requests.
Supporting other members of the HR team where required eg. Starters/leavers, holiday requests, sickness, etc
To be considered for this HR & Recruitment Administrator position you will be available to start ASAP and be happy to commit to an ongoing temporary role. You should have some relevant HR or recruitment administration experience. You should have excellent attention to detail, be methodical, feel confident speaking to a range of candidates by telephone and have excellent PC skills. You will be happy to work within a small team, be proactive and work well on your own initiative. In return, we can offer part time hours (mornings) working Mon to Fri, weekly pay, free parking and paid holiday accrual.
