Our client are a large busy organisation based near Fullwell are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join them on initially a 6 months contract. There is a chance the role will become permanent. We are looking for someone confident and enthusiastic to join a successful, busy and a friendly team.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITES
To provide administrative support to the Recruitment & Training team, ensuring that candidates receive the highest standards of customer service.
Working 37.5 hours per week. Preferably wanting someone to start 8:00am but the role can be either 8-4 or 9-5.
JOB DETAILS
- Liaise with internal and external key stakeholders.
- First point of contact for candidate queries and applications by telephone, email and in person
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts for checking & signing.
- Prepare New Starter payroll lists and collate required documents
- Assist with Medical arrangements with candidates and Doctor
- Process reference requests and responses, DBS (ex-CRB) applications and Right to Work checks, referring queries or complex matters to a more senior member of the team.
- Ensure all recruitment materials have the correct Company branding and of a high standard.
- Invigilate recruitment & training tests
- Assist with the preparation and administration for open days, recruitment fairs and assessment centres.
- Any other day to day administration required to support.
- Adhoc Manage external Agency bookings
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Proven experience of working in a busy recruitment administration role undertaking activities such as reference checks and data entry of candidate details

Knowledge of employment laws: A good understanding of employment laws and regulations is important to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
