This position is based in a busy HR Department and will provide HR Admin Assistant on a part-time basis.
KEY VACANCY INFORMATION
-Temporary to start in January 2024
-Office based in Sheffield city centre
-Part time 22.5 hours a week to suit across the working week.
-Temporary 1-3 months cover needed
-Salary guide depending on experience 25,000 - 29,500
Your new role
The successful candidate will report to the HR Manager and be based in a busy team. Ideally the successful candidate will have held a similar role recently and be able to demonstrate this upon application. Duties of the role will include;
- Maintenance of data for the HRIS System (Access / PeopleXD experience is advantageous)
- HR Administration tasks - contract preparation and related employee documentation
- Coordination of starters and leavers
- Completing references and ID checks
- Extensive management of HR inbox
- Taking minutes in meetings and circulating actions
- Data reporting
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have the following attributes/ skills;
Previous HR Admin / Assistant experience
Experience of updating and maintaining PeopleXD
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Able to handle confidential information
